Meet The Founders

Celeste Malham is the founder and CEO at Fed Kitchen. She launched her first location, Fed Springfield, in 2019 and has grown even more passionate about bringing healthy "fast food" to her customers with the launch of her newest location, Fed Bloomington, IL.

Celeste has over 10 years of knowledge and experience in the food industry, which has given her crucial insight into the food and flavor preferences of our community. She also has over 12 years experience in the health and wellness industry serving as both a trainer and health coach. Celeste is certified in CrossFit and is a Precision Nutrition L1 Certified Coach.

Celeste earned her Masters degree in Business Administration, graduating with high honors from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. 

She believes that eating healthy does not have to constitute plain chicken, broccoli, and rice. Eating clean can involve FLAVOR. Celeste holds her recipes to the highest standards, spending hours on food research and development each week in order to bring you the highest quality meals.

Brennan Malham is currently a practicing PA specializing in Emergency and Functional Medicine. He has a Bachelor’s degree in both kinesiology and nutrition. He also has earned his Master’s degree in Physicians Assistant studies from SIU School of Medicine.

As a former All-American athlete who would later sign a professional baseball contract, Brennan enjoys living an active lifestyle. He has over 10 years experience in personal training, nutritional advising, and he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Brennan enjoys using his knowledge and a passion for human optimization to help others improve their health, longevity, and their performance.

Brennan brings a combined knowledge of medicine, nutrition, and human physiology, in order to deliver scientifically validated, nutrient rich meals to our customers. Brennan understands that food can be medicine. He believes that eating can be a pathway to not just live, but to thrive.
